But before you hit the challenge hard, keep in mind you are using your abs all the time — when you walk, sit, move, drive, pick something up, or put something down. Think about them and give them some love! When you work out, make sure they are engaged.
But if you feel the need to give them even more attention, here’s a fun challenge that will train the muscles. If you want those muscles to actually show, however, remember to watch your food intake. You might have rock-hard abs but if they are covered by a fluffy soft covering (body fat), you’ll need to tweak your diet a bit to reveal the six-pack beneath.
