The Workout Club focuses on building shape and muscle while losing fat.
You’ll receive a blend of weight training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional cardio workouts.
This plan includes three (sometimes four, if your schedule allows) resistance-training workouts per week along with optional bonus workouts if you have extra time.
That’s one of the things that impresses me so much about Wendy as a trainer: anyone who’s halfway competent can put together “a good workout.” But creating a PLAN consisting of multiple workouts that work together to deliver outstanding results is a whole lot harder. Wendy’s got it down, though.
