Here’s a yummy guilt-free treat.


2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1 cup fat-free whipped cream

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except whipped cream and mix until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream. If you want to serve this the same day, put it in the freezer for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Otherwise, refrigerate overnight.

Serves 4.
