Confession No. 1: I want to lose a few pounds.
Confession No. 2: I don’t want to suffer through another “diet.” (Been there, done that, no thanks.)
After my last figure contest prep a decade ago, I even said, “Never again.”
But still, I feel better a couple pounds lighter than I am right now. So… what now?
Here’s what I’m doing: I’m shifting my mindset so it’s not about a “diet” or deprivation.
Instead, I’m fueling like an athlete.
Because I am one.
