Unlock the power of group training: Work with a personal trainer and 3 to 5 other like-minded people, for support and encouragement. We love group training for so many reasons. But bottom line: it’s a great, economical way to get into the best shape of your life because you get more workout for less $$.

What is Small Group Training?
It’s a hybrid between 1-on-1 personal training and group ex. Several people (between 2 and 7) work out under the guidance of an experienced personal trainer, who offers motivation, form tips and modifies exercises to meet each participant’s unique needs.
The benefit of group training is the motivation factor: everyone works harder in a safe, supportive environment.
Sessions last about 45 minutes and include all components of fitness: mobility, strength, cardiovascular, metabolic training, flexibility, and more. Plus a lot of fun!
What is Country Heat Live?
It’s a super-fun country line dancing fitness class … and it’ll definitely work up a sweat! Set to popular country songs, an instructor will guide you through a total of 16 new dance steps, culminating in a fun “showdown” routine. Did we already say fun?
