I will create an individualized six-week workout regimen for you, based on your schedule, available equipment, your current fitness level and your goals.

This includes:

  • Mobility work
  • Suggested weekly schedule
  • Weekly email progress check-ins.

After purchasing, you’ll receive a questionnaire that you will fill out and return to me – along with current pictures (for my eyes only!) to help me design and customize your program. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your program.
